At this time of year many parents are starting to use Easy payments Plus for the first time.
This is a very simple process and from this weekend we are including a help icon on the activation link. This will display the following help video for parents.
If for some reason they have difficulty with this there are a few simple steps you can follow to assist them.
The main reasons they may have difficulty are …
• They have already activated the account
• They are using the wrong surname or mobile phone number
• They have some punctuation in their name that doesn’t match what is on the system.
o e.g. O Donnell or O’Donnell
